These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reiktu mobile application (the “App”), operated by Tomas Riauka.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it using methods other than those provided by us.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Reiktu may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.

• Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or features, subject to Apple’s rules.

3. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Tomas Riauka or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or be error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tomas Riauka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
